i went before this judge a few years ago. i arrived for my appointment on time but had to wait because the woman who was before me attacked the judge and had to be arrested. by the time i saw him he seemed to be in a bad mood and would not accept any explanations for anything. he wanted simple answers and would not even let my attorney try to explain anything. he wanted yes or no answers. i have muscular dystrophy and am in pain most of the time. i have worked all my life and i am not looking for a handout. i just want and need what i have earned.

Judge Greer prides himself on destroying people's lives. Per the oath he has taken as a Judge, his job is to help people who are unable to work due to injuries or issues with their health. However, Judge Greer has repeatedly inflicted additional suffering on the individuals who have had to go before him for a decision that would change their lives permanently. Judge Greer should be held accountable for his actions in regards to numerous ethical violations. His actions should also be investigated for violating people's civil rights which can be proven by information he has written in his Unfavorable Decisions. His approval rate is only 36% and I am sure that if his cases were reviewed, it would be uncovered as to how he quotes information that is untrue in regards to the person who really needs SSDI. Information that he has quoted could ruin a person in more ways then one. Judge Greer needs to be removed from his position for numerous reasons but the main one is due to the pain and suffering he has placed upon people who are in need. I guess Judge Greer believes he is above everyone else just because he wears a black robe. His rating as to how many stars he receives should be a negative number.

Judge Greer should get all the TRUE facts about a person's case and not make them up as he goes along in order to deny them. My husband's case was denied and after reading the information that we received from the Judge, I am puzzled as to where he received his information much because 99.9% of the information was untrue. My husband is a Wounded Warrior and is unable to work and thanks to Judge Greer, my family has to suffer even longer financially. I firmly believe that if a service member is medically retired from their branch of service and receive VA benefits then they should never have to need for anything because the Government in all forms should see that they are well taken care of. I am not saying this because my husband is injured for life, I am saying it on behalf of ALL WOUNDED WARRIORS!!! Maybe Judge Greer should take his turn over in Afghanistan and maybe his approval rate will increase.

Judge Greer explained that my sister was employable; he said she needs to work on light duty and stay away from machinery and hot grease. Judge Greer said my sister did not meet20 CFR part 404, Subpart P, Appendix 1 (etc. Judge these are guideline for you to follow, if everyone fit nice into these articles they would not need the human element. My sister, as documented, is having two to three seizures a DAY, she is on medication that keeps her sedated for more than 10 hours a day, her face is disfigured because of the damage done to her mouth and head from her seizure falls. Her job as a manager at McDonalds will not let her back to work after the third rescue wagon coming to their store in one week. It has very little to do with the hot grease or the machinery it's the liability and delay of business when she have seizures. Her doctor won't release her to work due to the side effect from her medication. Who is going to hire her? She can't even catch the bus by herself, she can't be left alone at home by herself, she lives with my 76 year old Mother because we have to work and can't stay home to watch her this been going on 5 years. She worked hard 18 years and gave to the system now she needs the system to help her where is it! This is all documented!

My daughter must go before this person AGAIN. She has a progressive neurological disorder along with severe cardiac issues, and her health if failing at a rapid pace. There is no treatment for her condition, I certainly hope this guy wakes up and realizes not everyone lies about being disabled. Possibly, he needs to return to school for sensitivity training.

You’re Honor with all due Respect: My soon to be ex-husband has been in front of you three times in the matter of three years. All which you have denied him. I just wanted to say that I don't agree with your ruling. His condition has caused us to separate and lose everything that we have worked for in our marriage. He has worked hard all his life and has never been a quitter, until now due to him being in pain all the time. I hope that you can find it in your heart to reconsider some of your rulings and think about the overall not just what you have in front of you. Sincerely, Alisa
