Doesn't seem to understand why someone can't work at a sedentary job. Someone with back pain can work a few hours or 8 hours a day or a few days and then have too much persistent pain to work for days after. I have watched my stepson try to work for years and I have seen him flat of his back on the floor writhing with pain.
