Review the number of approval percentages below, and ask yourself the question, "Did the law change in 2013, or did the ALJ change?" One should expect better from this ALJ, who is a good man, but has clearly succumbed to internal pressures.

Nice guy. Misleading, in that he will lead you to think one way about his hypotheticals, and later determines a less restrictive hypothetical to be more appropriate. Often has not read the case by the time of the hearing.
