Guess God just now want me to see this site. I have nothing negative to say bout Judge Moore. I remembering asking God to bless me with judge he want. I had to fight my mind when my attorney said she was tough, well this make us even. I pray all the time that I don't die before I see my fully favorable decision. I made it this far by faith. I crawl around my house plenty of time due to pain. my hearing was june, 16th this year. I hope my comments inspire somebody to see the good in their turn down. if at first you don't succeed, keep trying. I been turn down but I have not quit. I do know money matters in this world and in our daily lives because folks will get tired of helping you. everybody mind can't take these negative comments!

this judge tried my case and the mdical records were there but did not believe my doctor, in closing she ask the field representative was there any thing that i could do on a eight hour work day do to my inability to stand or sit do to my knee/back problems and he said absolute nothing and she still denied me,also questions that were ask was change to the opposite of what was said. i wish some one could pull the video tape around june 2011-12 and compare what was said and what the video captured,i wish the could have been my position and see how it feels,to have family to provide for and had the opportunity to make a difference in some ones life but didnt help. i have put the time in ,i have been working since i was 16 so i think i have put the time in.CAROL MOORE YOU COULD HAVE GIVEN ME A SECOND CHANCE IN LIFE, WOULD U WANT ONE.MY REPRESENTATIVE AS WELL AS MYSELF FELT GOOD ABOUT THE TRUTH WE HAD GIVEN YOU.

She is tough but fair. If you have the records, she will approve you but she is not a push over. She has a problem with smokers and feels that if you are seeking disability for breating related problems, the least you can do to help yourself is quit.

THIS JUDGE TRIED MY CASE 3 TIMES AND IN 2 WEEKS MADE A DECISION, WHICH WASN,T RINGT. SHE SEEM TO THINK MY DOCTORS WAS LIEING FOR ME. I WILL ADMITT THAT SHE REALY DON,T HEAR YOU OUT. AND SHE HAVE NO CONCERN FOR PEOPLE. IF A JUDGE MAKE A DICISION IN 2 WEEKS ON UR CASE . YOU KNOW THAT,S NOT RIGHT. AND YOU KNOW THAT SHE HAS DENIED YOU.

Background in family law, and seems to pay more attention to spousal and childhood abuse than do most judges. Definitely has a heart, but can be particularly tough on younger individuals. No tolerance for substance abuse, as it should be.
