His "findings" regarding my case were absurd. He seemed to be looking at someone else's case completely when coming to his unfavorable decision. The impartial vocational expert even agreed that I should be on disability but he ignored her completely. I was informed by his assistant before even going into the courtroom that I was required to say "yes, sir" or "no, sir" when answering questions and that I was to keep my answers to his questions short. He didn't seem to be paying attention to my case at all and had his decision as soon as I walked into the room. I felt bullied and unheard.

I just want to say Thank You Judge Jacobs. The process is very lengthy and I continue to go down hill, mentally as well as physically but I have never been a quitter. There was so much in my files a lot I did not agree with but choose to accept because you did partially rule in my favor and I don't blame you for not granting a full judgement because I believe if I had been smarter and more educated I back in 2009 I would have not stopped until I found a doctor who was dedicated to finding out why I was so I'll. I am just truly blessed that now I can move forward and with my benefits I can try to find some sort of assisted living...You truly are a fair judge..
