I thought judge Cutlet was a very nice man, I'm still awaiting for his decision. I believe being honest with him and having consistent medical records is giving your best.

Judge ANNE SHARRARD obviously is not only well paid between the secret handshakes and the money she gets paid in salary, but she must also be smarter then all my Drs. I know she does not have very good eyesight because when she denied me she said that I had no problem sitting through the entire hearing even though my neck pain was so severe that I stood the last 25 minutes. My new Lawyer says that video hearings on average only get ok'd 5 % something my Lawyer that was unprepared for the hearing did not tell me. She referred to my right shoulder as supposed shoulder pain but when my orthopedic surgeon gave me steroids and pain killers and has told me that I need a shoulder replacement I guess he never spoke with Anne so he could learn that the severe arthritis that prevents me from even raising my arm is just a figment of his imagination. She is a Liar and probably had the TV or was looking out the window during my hearing. While I suffer from severe arthritis in my ankles, knees( had a knee replacement in my right knee which she also referred to as supposed knee pain gout , severe neck pain, sever arthritis in my shoulder and a bad back Anne Sharrard is allowed to walk this earth free women.

I had Anne Sharrard for my SSDI Hearing in April 2013. Her decision was "Full Favorable". So of coarse you're gonna hear nothing but positive comments from me about this Wonderfully Fair and Understanding Judge. Thank You Anne. You saved my life.

Judge Driscoll was thorough in his questioning and what I believe is apparent fairness as described by my husband. We are not sure it was approved yet and we will wait for his decision. My husband was very confused about himself yet the judge allowed my husband to try and compose himself many times during the hearing. No matter how the decision turns out my husband said the man was doing his job the best he can do. Our attorney said he believed the case was approved. We can only wait to find out if it actually was. God bless these judges that have to make these very difficult decisions regardless of how they rule.

I am a representative and have had 3 hearings with ALJ Sharrard. She is younger, has a very pleasant personality and is very well prepared and familiar with the file before a hearing. She will ask for an opening statement and will thoroughly question the claimant on background, past work, impairments and reasons why they person feels they cannot work. She will expect explanations of drug use, alcohol use, or criminal activity as well as any income after onset. She typically gives the VE a hypo based on sedentary or light activity and then will ask what effect being off task for 10% of the time would have on ability to hold a job. Her award rate is clearly on the conservative side. I get the impression that credibility weighs heavily in her decisions. She does a thorough job and treats everyone involved with respect and dignity.

The person above me is being unfair, you were denied plain and simple because you missed your appointment, this judge doesn't approve of that type of behavior. I was told from the beginning that if I missed any appointments that he would dismiss my case. He is the head judge, a very fair man who made me feel comfortable. I received a favorable decision with a different onset date, but he really helped my case and would have received it from the onset date if I had sent him the proper paperwork, it was an oversight on my part, I cannot blame Judge Ramsey. I thank him and I know he has a low rating as far as approvals go, but he sort of sees right through the bologna. You can always appeal your decision from him. I'm very satisfied with his decision and thank him for making me feel comfortable in his courtroom and being a very decent human being as well as his staff. My suggestion would be, be prepared, don't be dishonest and have medical documentations to back up your claims. He wants to see that you are following through with your treatment, otherwise he has to follow the law. Would I have liked a fully favorable decision, of course, but why would I begrudge a man doing his job because of my errors?

I just got home from my hearing. I wasn't denied and I didn't get a bench decision but I found the judge to be very fair and thorough. He asked the important questions and did his due diligence in finding the facts out. It lasted about an hour. I was with my attorney. She hit it out of the park. The vocational expert had his questions and a few jobs that I could do in his opinion. It's just the process. Either way, approval or denial, I was satisfied. I can always appeal. My case was strong and had years of documented surgery and Doctors opinions that favored me getting SSI. Nothing in this world is guaranteed. You have to work on it and get an attorney and cough up a couple grand of your money. It's not the judge, it's you. If you were denied you're case wasn't strong. Point blank.

Although this particular judge heard me out and asked really good questions and made me feel very comfortable, at the same time he looked as though he was just speeding through my case. I had 12 years of paper work proving my case from a few doctors, amazing letters from my therapist and psychiatrist, DSS records and school records riddled with abuse- denied. The part I think that made it even more obvious that this judge WRONGFULLY denied me was that my particular disability that I have documentation of, 12-13 years of proof, and present day as well, I was actually a SSDI RECIPIENT FOR 4 YEARS FROM 14-18yrs old!!!!!! I only stopped recieving because of my disability, I was homeless and jobless and didnt keep my review appointment with the psychiatrist, who left 5 minutes early I later found out!!!! COMPLETE MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE AND PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO HAVE PAID INTO THESE BENEFITS ARE OUT HERE SUFFERING.

Why does a " Judge " Anne Sharrard rule on my Disability ? 4 Doctors gave a deposition that I was unable to work to a spinal injury that is permanent. " Judge" Sharrard ruled against me saying i was employable, really I haven't worked in 4 years after 23 years as a skilled laborer. What gives these people the right to deny my ENTITLEMENT ! guess she is also a " Doctor" WHAT A JOKE THIS **** SYSTEM IS...I HOPE YOU GET YOUR PROMOTION ! OUR GOVERNMENT SUCKS !

Does anyone check the facts in a case, this judge ignored medical depositions given by 4 Surgeons saying my medical condition prevented me from being employed, however Judge Sharrard felt different about it. She decided i could work, not the Doctors. Yes an unfavorable decision after 30 years working. 4 months later still can't work, 4 years after my injury still not working. I will apply for welfare because of her denying my benefit, does anyone ever read this or care. hope someday she will suffer as i have

Had my hearing from Judge Sharrard, yes i received an unfavorable( no disability ) 3 years of doctors, rehab, and unable to drive. 4 Doctors said i would be unable to perform an substantial work due to my PERMANENT damage to my spinal cord. After 31 years working as a skilled laborer, this is what you get. Judge Sharrard had no intention of awarding what i was intitled to no matter what the facts. Guess she had a quota for the day. Is their any one that oversees theses arrogant Judges. Now i will apply for welfare, link card and all the rest. I will now cost more than if she would have done the right thing and awarded what should have been given to me. THANKS FOR NOTHING !

I have not been able to work in 4 years since a spinal cord injury, Several doctors ( surgeons ) stated i was unable to work due to my severe medical condition. I met & exceeded all requirements for disability that i have paid into for 30 years. Judge Sharrard ruled against me giving me an unfavorable decision, saying i could perform as a " Cashier" most days i do not leave my home due to my inability to drive. This judge and others care nothing about the facts or the people. I hope someone actually reads this and gets something out of this. If you are assigned this judge to hear your case i would recommend someone else due to her record of ruling against people, she must be looking for a promotion I speculate that is the way to move up denying cases no matter the facts. Arrogant judges ! hope they get to answer someday for their actions !!!

Judge Sharrard has that certain judicial je ne sais quoi that enables her to efficiently preside over hearings, bringing her to the best conclusion in the case. She is firm, but very nice, even though she doesn't pay everybody.

You denied me knowing i am disabled, 4 Doctors said i was, and I can't drive but a little. Now i will file Bankruptcy and apply for Government assistance. I was a 30 year worker and was injured on the job. Haven't worked in 4 years. My family thanks you for your compassion. hope you get your promotion for another denial !

5 Doctors in medical records said due to my spinal injury I could not due any substantial work, and one Doctor said i was unfit for any type of work. " Judge" Sharrard ruled UNFAVORABLE against me, stated that i could perform as a laundry mat assistant. I worked several years as a High skilled Welder & Fabricator...thanks for denying my disability that is all i had. My unemployment ran out because NO ONE WOULD HIRE ME due to my MEDICAL condition, this includes Laundry mats. What a joke our system is that allows someone to deny your ENTITLEMENT that i paid into for 31 years. Now i will have to apply for government assistance to feed my family, and i am now a tax burden instead of a consumer, thanks for treating me like a 16 year old kid. yes its being appealed by a new more competent attorney, that said he couldn't believe i didn't receive my disability with all my medical records, and the Attorney said these judges deny cases to help their career. Hope you sleep well at night ruining peoples lives !@

The lowest rated Judge on approving disability cases. Nice Judge, however could care less if you are disabled. After back surgery in 2009 & 1 year of physical therapy, several back surgeons expert medical opinion saying due to the PERMANENT medical limitations i could not do substantial work. Judge Sharrard gave me a unfavorable decision. stating with the limitations i could perform work such as a " CASHIER ".. I worked as a level 1 mechanic & skilled worker for 30 years. Judge has no compassion for the little people. I would recommend to anyone to find a Judge that would give you a fair chance at your entitlement. Anne Sharrard did not do that for me. I checked her approved cases, and they were the lowest of all judges. Maybe if true justice is served then someday she will get a back injury as i have, and live with the pain everyday as i do !

Nice Judge, Denied my benefits. Several Doctors said i could not work or do any substantial work, can't drive, and on pain medication. I very seldom leave my home due to my medical condition. Doesn't seem to matter what the facts are, Judge Sharrard gave minimal explanation why my decision was unfavorable. I met all the conditions for disability, but did not matter. Thanks Judge Sharrard for leaving me with NOTHING ! my wife and kids would like to thank you. I can only hope someday you can feel the pain I have everyday, and some insurance company rules against you.

I had this Judge & seemed very pleasant, She treated me nice in my hearing, but allowed a doctor ( LUNG SPECIALIST ) to comment on my spinal injury for several minutes. I have been diagnosed with severe spinal problems by more than 4 Doctors. Each Doctor stated I could not do any substantial work due to my medical condition. I take several medications that would prevent me from working or making rational decisions. Judge Sharrard ruled ( UNFAVORABLE ) in my disability case. Her ruling was I could work as a cashier. This is what I got after several years as a Coal Miner. I have problems getting around, have fell down due to my medical condition. I thought Social Security was for people that become injured and can not work. I haven't worked in 4 years because I CANT !...I wonder if these judges realize or even care about an individual. I paid taxes for 30 years and by the way where are the cashier jobs at that follow all my doctors restrictions...Thank you God all might Judge Sharrard...hope you meet KARMA someday !
