He was very understanding and nice. Allowed me to enter the court room with my husband and got straight to the point so we were not in there for ever. Almost like he took his time reviewing the case file before hand and already had his decision made.

the worst judge anybody could ever have and a lying judge at that, very unhelpful judge, very well known to hold grudges from other alj's decisions didnt even look at the real problem this judge is in an awful judge and should not be involved in the social security she has no heart no sympathy and no care for the claimants feelings or disabilities she is only out to care for herself! the worst judge anybody could have!

Judge Neary, My name is Amanda Wroblewski. You granted me SSDI benefits starting October4, 2008. Their were some changes in the status of my situation, which I did report, How ever, Due to a clerical error, my information wasn't processed properly. Now I have been back and forth fighting with man who took away my benefits 11 months later. I have asked for waivers, He denied all of them, I have appealed his decision, He didn't care. I filed a complaint of my civil and disability rights, and I have no idea what happened now this has been going on since 2008. Denied, appeal, waiver, you name it I followed it through. I did manage to send in lost information that I did work in 2006, 2007 and 2008. The IRS is fully aware. I was accused of receiving benefits on my son who is Autistic, Which you denied him of those benefits. I'm asking you to please re-instate me. At least that's what I was told in 2009. You were the Judge on my son's case, as well as mine. I saw you 4 times, finally You approved. Can you over ride his decision this representative who works at my SS local office. He's a secretary. Judge Stalbrink, and a Federal Court Judge Harry C.Dees Jr. agree, and now I'm asking you for your help. This has gone on long enough. Yes my son is still Autistic and lives with me and for me, well I've gotten worse. There was no reason for him to bully over $540.00. I'm not the one who failed to put the information in the computer correctly. And I'm sorry, I don't think I should have to start all over. But only you can over ride there decision, to have me re-instated, since you were the Judge assigned to my case. Sincerely, Amanda J Wroblewski. Please

I dont know Harry Siegrist,,,what I am aware of is that what was discussed during the hearing was ignored on my unfavorable decision. Nothing in me understands Is the system designed to leave some completely in the dark. My mind is so beyond normal worked over 2 dozen jobs in 13 years yet SSA states my impairments are not severe enough, wow. They have found me disabled but they claim its not total disable its only partially disable,,,What part is that? Diagnosed with Major Depressive disorder and other disorders as well but,,they say Im invested in being sick how does someone do that. 2 years Ive been getting federally funded as well as federally funded run around. I take prozac and trazdone Do people have a clue what I take them for. This has been my experience Take your meds and good luck,,wow some country we live in Aint no help or hope for folks like myself,,Im doomed. Jeff Spence Atlanta Ga. God bless humanity

I haven't gotten my decision yet, But this judge was very nice. She made things go real easy. I was a nervous wreck before hand but she made me feel comfortable in no time. No pressure, just pleasurable and business like. I'm hoping to win, of course, but either way I felt she handled things well. I had a hard time holding still in the court room, I was very anxious and nervous but she was calm and very nice which in return made me calm down some too!

I'm a rep and have had one hearing with ALJ Reams. He appears to be early 60's is one of the most pleasant gentleman I've appeared before. He takes time to explain some basics to the claimant. He asks Rep for an opening statement and listens attentively. He questions the claimant in a general way, covering past work, impairments, symptoms and functional problems. Let's rep follow up. As he explained, he usually asks a range of hypos to the VE covering limitations that both allow work and would prevent work. He allows rep to give closing argument if desired. He is very nice, very respectful to all involved and seems quite fair in his consideration of the evidence.

Was a great judge. Listened, asked questions. Appeared to be very thurogh. Kind of glad he caught my case. I would want a judge who looks at everything versus one that just rubberstamps things.

This judge was very unfair .Didn't let the lawyer talk, only gave weight to ssa doctors. She has a real problem listening to people and she thinks that her way of thinking is the only one that matters. She should not be a judge for anything ,especially someone's livelihood .

former atty for claimants now an intense, smart, egotistical, opinionated, biased, but very well prepared ALJ known to hold grudges. we had a claimant who had been denied by another ALJ but had since gotten worse and had new severe impairments (cervical DDD, lumbar DDD, depression) which we documented with 2 years worth of treatment and tests (MRIs, etc). At hearing and in decision denying claim, ALJ Stam ignored the new problems and acted like claimant made it up. ALJ interruppted questioning by me saying she had already covered that topic, but she had not really. [I was asking specific Qs about Claimant's trouble using her hands]Then stopped my Qs of VE on same topic. AC upheld her denial withou comment.

Very nice, very helpful, used a vocational expert half the time, but she is old school. Ask some questions but not in order, and does not ask all, you have to be on your toes.

This judge is clearly consistent. She has the lowest rate of approval of any judge in the state and within minutes of my hearing commencing I didnt need a crystal ball to tell me she was going to turn me down, her body language, attitude, questions and tone of voice made it clear to me she was going to reject my claim despite the physician I was sent to who had experience evaluating these cases telling me after my exam that he saw no reason that I did not easily qualify for disability benefits. When my attorney appealed we ended up back in front of her. Totally absurd.
