I just had my hearing today. I don't know what the outcome will be but I will say that I feel that judge morris was attentive and asked the appropriate questions. He was very professional and polite. He did seem not very interested in anything that my doctors said but that could be wrong. He did listen to me and my attorney and also the vocational expert and asked the proper questions so we'll see how it goes. I've been fighting this since September 2013 and living on $197/mo.

It took him 11 months to decide my case there was no reason for to have to last that long he kept putting in for more extensions wanting more paperwork and then I got the senator involved and then he denied it he won't let you talk in court he talks down to you like you're stupid he doesn't have a lot of patience and I've been told by numerous people if you get this job you're going to get an automatic denial in fact my attorney when we walked in there says I hate him he's horrible he's nothing but a pain in my rear and there's no way we're going to get this will get it at the appeals level so I went to court April 9th and got the decision on January 26th got the full denial decision today like what other people said if you have this judge don't bother showing up he's just a waste of your time and is going to draw all out as far as he can

I know some court clerks. When I told them WHO the disability judge was, they said "Oh, no wonder she was denied." This client had BRAIN SURGERY and has a timeline of all the ER and Dr trips and her medical file is 3" thick. The 10-page DENIAL still claims she's making "more of it than the facts present."His REASONING, was based on OLD information too. Decision took 5 MONTHS. This has drug out for 2 YEARS now, no income. Did I mention she has a neurosurgeon and is on so much medication for pain, seizures, etc., that driving or working is not possible? Yet she has a friend with a foot injury that is on Disability...explain that? And he doesn't let witnesses or the client talk AND the vocational "expert" said she could be a "grain sorter" SERIOUSLY? It's a JOKE! Shame on you TOM MORRIS! You make me SICK!
