What a piece of work this guy is. No doubt he decided my case before any hearing was held. Disregarded all the my experts. Only relied on his imbecilic occupational consultant (i.e. paid whore)
Not a fan. Either he is just an unhappy person in general or he is just ill suited to this position. No empathy whatsoever. It’s almost like he got this job, started doing it and realized, wait, I really don’t like this. That may be the case, but don’t take it out on the Claimants who have paid into the system. Does not appear to read the files in advance. His hypothetical s frequently do not track the claimant’s actual restrictions.
