This woman added her own testimony at my hearing, then used that testimony to deny me a social security claim. Why is this one judge 8% above average of all other judges? Because she thinks her job is to make up reasons to deny claims, reasons that are usually completely unrelated to anything. Like whether your relatives visit you or not. Seriously. Maybe she’s a good establishment lap dog, but she’s a terrible judge. The Appeals Council was notified in my appeal, but said nothing about it. Apparently judges can say things you don’t agree to and then say you said it and use it as a reason to deny your claim.
