  1. I had my hearing in July 2018, and Judge Amy Budney and the Vocational; “SO CALLED EXPERT”; “MR. GENE BAUMGARTNER”; did what they call in “PSYCHOLOGY”;”A SWITCH OF ROLE PLAY. WHERE THE JUDGE ACTED LIKE THE VOCATIONAL EXPERT, AND THE VOCATIONAL EXPERT ACTED LIKE THE JUDGE. LIKE IT WAS A MOVIE OR SOMETHING. AND MY SSI, AND SSDI CLAIMS WERE DENIED. IS PEOPLE GETTING THEIR SSI, SSDI CLAIMS A GAME TO ME. I FEEL AS THOUGH THEY DISCRIMINATED AGAINT ME BECAUSE OF MY RACE: WHICH IS BLACK, AFRICAN AMERICAN SO WE ARE CALLED BY CAUCASIAN PEOPLE; BUT MY RACE IS:”THE ORIGINAL MAN.

Had my hearing December 7th with Amy Budney. I felt like she really listened to my issues and smiled which made me feel much more comfortable in answering her question. She was kind and companionate. My lawyer helped me through as well in keeping me comfortable throughout the hearing. I was really happy about my hearing. I don’t know if I’m approved yet, but I must say that my hearing was way better than expected. Amy is a great judge.

I had my hearing on May 11. 2016, i have a lot of health issues, one being severe anxiety..i was very nervous about my hearing..when my attorney and i were called into the court room,Judge Amy Budney looked up and smiled..This put me at ease..Judge Amy introduced herself, the court reporter, the vocational expert and what to expect form the hearing, again smiling..i feel like Judge Budney really cared and was interested in my case..she looked at me as i was speaking and really listened…Regardless of the outcome of my case,i want to thank Judge Budney for being so polite,so kind and for your smiles.God Bless
