Unfair and biased. He mocked my condition in his decision. He refused to consider evidence at my hearing.I wasn’t given a chance to say anything to further my case.
I have appeared before Judge Weiss for many years, even before he was a Social Security Judge, He was a Workers’ Compensation Judge. He has always been fair and even handed. He come to the courtroom familiar with your case, and knowledgeable. He is a pleasant man who is kind and understanding to the claimants who appear before him. While he does not give away the store, he does tend to try to find for the claimants if he can. It is always a pleasure to appear before him and my clients generally feel they got a fair opportunity to explain their case.
If you are truly are disabled you this is the perfect judge for your case. Fair no nonsense and looks at all the facts. Once again if you are truly disabled judge Weiss will know
