I have my hearing on 10-24-17
And I’m so nervous because of all the reviews has been said but it should go well because I know everyone situations is different, I have really bad mental problems and physical problems. I will wait and see and hope everything goes good!
This judge denied me when i have fibro saying i need proof what is causing my pain because the pain isn’t consistent also i have depression and tried killing myself 5 years ago and since i haven’t been seeing a physch. Every month. My psych doc even wrote it in the report that i see him every 6 weeks. I also have copd and since the reports on those weren’t all bad on my breathing every visit to the doc appointment he made a comment on that. Well let me tell you all this I’ve been suffering with fibro , copd, depression, anxiety, and more for over 5 years and trying to get disability and i don’t have anyone to pay my bills so I’m forced to work and suffer with extreme pain and since thanks to this denial from administrative law judge Anthony R. Smereka I’m ending my suffering because I can’t keep doing what I have been to survive so this is on his head. Good bye EVERYONE and good luck to everyone who’s stuck with this guy.
TY Judge Smereka for really listening to my sons case. It was a pleasure. God Bless you!!!
This judge acts like he knows it all, but he’s very ignorant. He doesn’t bother to take the time to review all of your case notes. He’s a very unprepared judge and unfortunately it hurts you and he doesn’t care.
I had my ssdi hearing on June 19 and was asked to change my onset date my lawyer said that he found a specific date that proves my disabilities and August 13 I got my approval letter I’m very grateful for his decision and understanding of my case
Judge Anthony Smereka
You are the greatest. Thanks for your humbleness, listening aptitude, and great analytical insight. Thank you for your human feeling. Keep up with the good job. God bless you.
Thank you Judge Smerka, It was a pleasure to have you hear my case.
I WENT IN FRONT OF THIS JUDGE AND KNOWING HE WAS LOW APPROVING, STILL HOPED FOR A FAIR HEARING. HE DISREGARDED DOCTORS NOTES, EVEN SSA DOCTOR AND ARGUED WITH THE VE.HAD HIS MIND MADE UP BEFORE WE WALKED IN.PUT HIS OWN OPINION IN AS FAR AS MEDICAL ISSUES.SORRY DID NOT SEE HIS MEDICAL LICENSE HANGING ANYWHERE.I WONDER IS HE TAKING IT OUT ON THE DISABLED BECAUSE HE HAS BEEN REPRIMANDED AND FINED BY THE STATE FOR ABANDONING CLIENTS,NOT FILING PAPERS, ETC.ETC.ETC.UNLESS THEY WHEEL YOU IN ON YOUR HOSPICE BED,AND HE WOULD STILL PROBLY CHANGE YOUR ONSET DATE. I WOULD SAY IF YOU FIND OUT HE IS YOUR JUDGE THEN JUST WALK OUT THE DOOR.HE DOES NOT EVEN TRY TO BE POLITE AND MAKES YOU VERY UNEASY.VERY DISAPOINTED.
