This judge discrimination against male, disabled veterans. She has a proven record of denying benefits to qualified claimants, who receive VA Disability, Unemployable (per VA Determination); and are male.
Even if i had been totally denied, this judge is fair, compassionate, and willing to listen.I believe she is capable and ready to render a true decision to individual case. I didn’t get a fully favorable decision, however, I did receive a fair decision.
Great judge! Very nice and compassionate. Seemed like she was really concerned! Gave me a favorable decision!
We had this judge and she was not compassion. With many documentation towards our favor . She denied my family member. The professional on SS side stated my family member could not do the previous job. Which was 35, 00 yearly and had college. The judge stated my family can do fast food. Much doc stated my family would miss work a week at a time or more due to the illness. The voc person stated in the hearing most employers would not hire someone like that.
Due to the age , college and skills my family can change to a fast food setting easily but needs supervision.
Exhibited genuine care & concern, sensitivity, humor, fairness, & professionalism.
She has a decent approval rate but really gets caught up in any Unemployment issues, so be ready to amend or have solid evidence that client did place all restrictions on their app for UE. Also, she is obsessed with dates in general so always have evidence to support any claimed dates of onset. She also will not approve Fee Agreements where there is more than one attorney involved, even if the Fee Agreement lists the other attorney(s) as co-counsel from the start.
