Denied with multiple neurological diseases and degenerative disc disease and can barely walk this judge is non caring and her actions have cost me every thing and may have just caused me to go homeless
The fact that this person is a judge is criminal. I don’t even know who’s case she was judging, because it surely wasn’t mine. Almost nothing I claimed as an issue was cited at all, and things that have never been an issue were repeatedly brought up, she called my doctor a liar, said all my supporting letters were garbage, said something about a camping trip?? What the actual f was she even talking about?? I think this woman’s faculties should absolutely be called into question at the very least, and she should absolutely not be doing this job. Period.
She doesn’t care about people.
I felt she had made her decision before the hearing. What a waste of time and an effort that has landed me under a bridge with only a wet sleeping bag to keep me warm. I have been fired for my disability and haven’t found a job since. The fact that ive been looking is why she denied me
How am I supposed to survive
Rushed through my hearing and didn’t ask any questions of me or my lawyer. Acted as though we weren’t there.
After the vocational expert guy said I could still do house work while having several seizures per day, she said okay, “lets go to lunch”
My lawyer looked baffled. He told me he had never had that happen before. I have been homeless in order to stay in oregon where I can get my seizure medication.
I hope she gets hers someday. I don’t mean lunch.
Smart judge
