Horrible judge in my opinion, she sat on my mother’s case for 2 years and after all the submissions of medical history and my mother unable to work she still said no and denied her disability. Two years to make a decision are you kidding me? People don’t get any better with time, they deteriorate even more when you don’t have the proper medical attention so with all do respect do your job and please don’t sit on cases for that long. If you are going to deny them or approve them it shouldn’t take years ….literally to make a decision.
Judge Perkins sits on cases until the last minute before denying them and this is a well known fact and she needs to be investigated.
