He will face the one judge on judgment day who can get him fired he is killing people this is a really sad time having someone like him playing cards with are lives we need to protest him out of office and move in with Nancy I hope I can tell him my testimony again
After suffering a mva and sustaining a TBI, the judge took all my evidence lightly, and denied my claim. This was even after my attorney asked the V.E. questions and she agreed that I would not be able to do the work. Poor judge, but makes him look good by saving money denying claims.
This judged denied my claim almost cut and paste his first judgement onto my appeal, did not take any of my DR’s seriously that iv seen for years and took some one bone Dr advice on my mental wellbeing that i saw once.
BEN WILLNER- ALWAYS SEEMS NOT TO REVIEW ALL THE FACTS IN EVIDENCE. HE SEEMS TO SKIP OVER CRUCIAL EVIDENCE FACTS AND HARDLY LISTENS TO THE VOCATIONAL SPECIALISTS NO WONDER HE IS SUCH A LOSER..
ALJ Judge Ben Willner is ego motivated to deny as many claims as he can. It seems he takes pride in possessing one of the Highest Denial of Claims percentage for Albuquerque ALJs
