    In reply to the comment posted about Judge Flanagan on 03/13/2012: You obviously have no idea what you’re talking about or any clue about the programs administered by Social Security; a delay (perceived or actual) in the hearing process does NOT affect date last insured (DLI).

    He only considers evidence he wants, makes assumptions, dismisses doctors opinions, throws out your testimony and basically calls you a liar, blames you for your disabilites. He delays his decision so that he gets you closer to the date when you are no longer considered insured for S.S.D. so that you will have to accept S.S.I, which is a lower check even though you have worked and paid into the system for 35 years.
