It’s time to have something done about the prejudice and the falsifying reports Mr.Oetter, Mr.Lewis and Ms.Catherine Harper has done so long to deny African Americans their benefits. If you’re African American and you have your SSDI hearing before one of these RACIST MONkEYS stay home don’t waist your time because you will be Denied.
Judge oetter you denied me my disability in march 2015.I’m not able to hold a job there are days when i cant even get out of bed and you states that I can hold a job this really did destroy me I dont know what to do who will hire me in this shape (mind and body ).yes I do have a 14 year old and I also have grown kids that help me I’m so stressed and depressed. I have worked all my life holding down two jobs and now I’m not able to do any more work this is how America is going to treat me I know you’re probably saying thats just the way it goes (but wait)I’m at the end of my rope I feel so be littered asking for help with my doctor visits no I haven’t stop going to the doctor this is something I must do because of the pain in my body I’m not going to judge you I just wish you had given my case a chance you acted as if my doctors were liars they have been seeing me for years they have no reason to lie or falsify information mr.oetter keep praying for me and I will do the same for you God Bless

Judge Oetter is probably the most intelligent ALJ I’ve known. However, I envision him nerdishly poring over the records for some inconsistency or other. He studies reactions of both claimant and rep, presumably for clues on credibility? He often finds claimants not to be credible. Often gives little or no weight to RFCs, summarily stating that they are inconsistent with the medical records. He ALWAYS seems to understand issues that escape many ALJs, such as SGA, subsidies, etc. I actually like him, but always try to bring my A-game.
Judge Cam Oetter is definitely a judge that you do not want for an ALJ hearing
