She’s very strict and asks sometimes inappropriate questions. She does listen to what you have to say and she’s very through I’m sure she can pick up on the fakers and weeds them out which is a very good thing. The only issue I have is even if you have proof that you are disabled and you definitely cannot work she will find a way to deny you. Also she doesn’t introduce herself or anything she’s very to the point. Overall I think she’s a fair judge but she does kind of come of as being a Judge Judy she even has a New York accent. I’m not basing this off her approval or denials. She’s an O.K. judge in my book.
I haven’t received my decision letter yet but I liked her she’s not rude she’s doing her job. Lord knows if she didn’t stop me I’d told her my life story and 50 others that weren’t to do with this case haha I trust her decision will be in my best interest if not there’s a good reason I’m sure. But if not I’ll be back to fight it.
Seemed to be very knowledgeable and fair with hearing process.
Sounds like this Judge roots out the fakers. Too many claim they are diabled but are seen driving around in a corvette. GET A JOB

Spits on due process. Not fit to adjudicate.
Absolutely rude and obnoxious. As previous poster stated, she did not introduce herself to claimant or lend any formality to the hearing. Seemed like she was upset or annoyed. Very terse with her questioning and cut off claimant/attorney more than a few times. Her behavior was very Judge Judy-ish.
Negative ALJ
Bases Fact against fiction, gives a very fair hearing and listens well. Direct questions and reviews the cases with diligence.
Video Hearing. POOR quality video and audio. Each time after claimant and I spoke there was a weird “feedback”.
She sets 4 hearings at the same time and expects claimants and representatives to wait. You may wait a long time even if your hearing notice says 8:30 AM.
ALJ went on the record and swore claimant in. She never introduced herself to the claimant. No review of exhibits and if there were any objections to the exhibits. No VE.
Seems to be looking for a way to deny claimants instaed of giving a fair and balanced hearing.
