I suffer from PTSD, Severe Depression, Sciatic nerve lower back, other women personal issues and because of Covid 19 my appeal hearing was done on the phone with Judge Carol Matula July 12, 2021 that had been submitted (APPEAL ) Feb. 17, 2021, I was ordered to see a doctor of their choice on October 23, 2021 and I did so as ordered. Nothing has gotten better with my medical situation and the doctors have said they are NOT going to get better but we can work on controlling them, so how am I supposed to support myself and continue to pay local people and strangers to come in and help me on a daily basis because I can’t get approved for most of the decent financial programs due to her decision. So I kept checking my online account and finally I got a decision February 18, 2022 (DENIED), I am 50 years old, judge Carol Matula based her decision on my age but she’s not here with me when I have to pay somebody to come here, to cook my meals, help me in and out of the bathtub, sometimes wipe me because the pain is so bad. WHERE is the justice in that?
