I would like to thank judge Howard for listening to my case. he took the time to look at my medical records in my hearing and made a very very fair decision.Thank you so much.
Not a good judge at all. over looked my records and said he didn’t see certain illness that were in my record. the records iv’e got showing the illness i got sent from his office !
Seems like he doesnt care if your really disabled or not with all medical records he just doesnt care
This is an evil judge. He does not care what the treating physicians opinion may be. He is a control freak.
Judge Howard is very, very comprehensive in his review of your records. The questions he asked me proved he had reviewed my records.
In his written decision approving my award, on two occasions he disagreed with the opinions of the doctors who reviewed my case for SS, stating they were not in touch with my case and their opinions were without merit.
Although it took 2.5 months to get my written decision, it was favorable to me.
I really appreciate Judge Howard’s time and am very pleased with his ruling. He is a very honorable person, and the SSA is lucky to have him as a ALJ. He looked at all information/documentation pertaining to my case and made his ruling without bias.
This is a very cruel man. He is very sarcastic and unprofessional. He does not care what the medical doctors have to say. This man abuses his power.
Could it be that he holds contempt for non-attorney representatives? Be forewarned.
Goes out of his way to discredit RFCs from treating physicians. Really reaches to find credibility issues. Not a good ALJ.
Mechanical. Give more weight to DDS opinions than to treating physician opinions. Highly matter-of-fact.
