Uses her own opinions in writing decisions, which are not necessarily based upon
factual evidence presented in the hearing, let alone based upon evidence gathered from medical records, written statements from family members etc, etc unless they can be reinterpreted to hinder you case.Will form an opinion using her own life experiences and false preconcieved notions of what is or isn’t true or even pertinant to your medical condition.
If you are unfortunate enough to be assigned this woman…RUN AWAY, call in sick, whatever, definately change your judge at whatever cost.
