Fly with angels and touch the face of God. I will miss you my friend.
In behalf of me and my family,I send my thank you and applications to mr chester senf, not only because I was approved but how he conducted my hearing,he listened of what I have to say and understood my illness n what I m going thru, thank you for your kindness and for been so human
This Judge is very competent and fair. He treated me fairly and looked at my entire case. After waiting 2 1/2 years, this Judge was quick. He had already reviewed my case prior to my arrival, was ready to ask relevant questions he had. He gave me a verbal decision on my case, so now I am just waiting on the formal approval. I am glad that we have such a hard working and fair judge here in Orlando.
Good afternoon Judge Senf My name is Phillip Wilkes I’m a veteran of the U.S. Army I have a hearing in front of you October 6 2015.I look forward to you hearing my case. This has really been a tough road For my family. Thank you in advance.
I had my hearing yesterday with Judge Senf. He was really kind and patient and I felt like he genuinely cared about my problems. Unfortunately for me, I started a new medicine yesterday and so at my hearing, I was completely “out of it” and stopped taking this particular medication today as I cannot tolerate the way it made me feel. My biggest regret during the hearing is that there are several key factors I forgot to mention (I have major problems with memory and focus due to one of my medical conditions). I also forgot to tell him that my ENT just referred me to a radiation oncologist because a recent ct scan revealed that my cancer may have returned! I’m praying that Judge Senf realized that although I am semi-young (37), that I am in severe and constant pain each and everyday. Overall, he made me feel at ease. I just wish I hasn’t been on this new med, so I could have told him everything that I forgot. God Bless all of you and Happy Holidays. I’ll be praying for a favorable decision for everyone who rightfully deserves it.
I have a hearing with this judge coming up and im so nrevous. I dont havean updated medical evidence. I hope hes nice.
My attorney and I went before Judge Senf this morning for my daughter’s ssi case and even though I don’t know the outcome as yet, he is a very good judge that ask straight to point questions about the case and definitely allow you to present your case. I was happy that he excused my daughter from the room and didn’t cause any embarassment to her as she was already afraid. He made it quick and painless not leaving me to feel like a bad mother with bad parenting skills, he really listened!
Mr. Moore, I appreciate your comments. Look forward to seeing you in Court soon. Chester
Over all a good judge. Be prepared to proove your case. Does not use m.e’s or v.e’s. Get rfc”s from tx sources.
