We met with Judge Grovich in Erie Pa this past monday for our daughter who has multiple challenges. Long story short and regardless of what the outcome is which we do not know, that is the reason im posting this now. Judge Grovich was very kind and listened. Trying to help your children in life who have disabilities and going through the process for SSI is so difficult and challenging and beyond frustrating. But the kindness and respect he showed along with listening was something i will not forget . The system is horrible but when you go thru the process and get to a hearing having a Judge like this should be recognized. Again we have no determination but the demeanor and overall time that was taken to talk with my daughter and myself made the lengthy emotional process something that i feel we can finally get a honest answer to.
