This judge does not read the pertinent medical records. He got his wife hired at his office, which smacks of nepotism. He thinks he is some kind of genius, yet he only relies on inflated medical source records. He does the minimum for a maximum salary that he does not deserve of nearly 200k. He collects thousands per month in VA disability benefits too, so the taxpayers should be outraged.
I dont know how he denied an obvious disabled persons claim but he did. He wasted everyones time including the lawyers, very unprofessional. While I was speaking he would be giving very rude facial expressions acting like I didn’t know what I was talking about. If you get him as a lawyer you might as well drop the case because he is useless and delusional, One of the worse “judges” ive ever experienced with.
Judge Daniels: I don’t quite know how I feel about the Medical Expert Vudihn Mihn MD whom according to his Medical credentials ; his experience with dogs muscles and chest expiratory flow so is that comparing me as a human Black Woman to a Dog? Why should I trust this type of Expertise. This Same MD has never one examined me nor does he know if someone elses findings are correct or inaccurate.

Judge Daniels is very professional and courteous, though somewhat reserved. He is extremely knowledgeable of the Social Security rules and procedures. He is always familiar with the claimant’s file prior to the hearing. He prefers to ask most of the questions at the hearing but will allow representatives the opportunity to make opening and closing remarks and question witnesses. He is always polite to both claimants and representatives. Excellent ALJ!
