Judge Aranda’s decisions on how the Health Care system actually works in the United States are Perverted.
She should be disbarred.
Trabajar en un hospital psiquiátrico correccional por años arriesgando mi vida y terminando con mi salud mental y mi habilidad para trabajar por más de seis años no fué suficiente razón. Tampoco mi condición de espalda, ni otras condiciones. Yo no envié informes médicos por no poder pagarlos. El no hablar inglés no me impidió notar que la juez hablaba enojada, no sé si fue porque la audiencia fué por teléfono por el covid19 o porque yo no hablo inglés. Cuando yo trataba de explicarte una respuesta a la intérprete, ella le decía que solo yo tenía que contestar con un Si o un No. La depresión y el dolor no se ven, ni le da a una edad específica a las personas. Así que por tener menos de 50 años, me toca vivir con ellos y aguantar hasta que Dios quiera, sin ningún ingreso propio aunque trabajé y los acumulé y sin poder trabajar para ganar un sueldo. Ojalá que la juez cambie y trate a las personas con respeto e igualdad.

Unprofessional, unethical, lazy, second guesses physicians reports, will not approve even when you get worse, knowing that your condition fits within the SSDI parameters. Should be removed from the bench
I waited three years to get a hearing date and ended up with nothing because this judge has no understanding of what a chronic condition is.
No compassion for people who are at the lowest point in their life and desperately need help.
