I felt like Judge Hicks asked questions of me that were somewhat, in an attempt to mislead me in order to benefit his effort to deny my claim. He literally would spill out short sentences, if you will, that were his words and not mine. I did not feel comfortable with this judge. I have not gotten my results from my hearing- but although my doctors were in agreement that I am unable to work, I know in my gut that Hicks has his agenda and that I will be denied the benefits that I worked so many years to secure in a situation – such as I find myself in at the presence.

Did not do a good job of going over my file as evidenced by the inaccuracies in statements on the written decision. This judge is a terrible listener also, taking a break a few minutes into the hearing and making statements about time management. I do not feel that he reviewed my case carefully and made a fair decision.

Nice guy who treated my client with respect and courtesy. Knew the file well. Called a VE but didn’t ask him to testify after hearing my client’s testimony.
