I was denied. The judge doesn’t understand my disabilities and clearly misinterpreted my issues. Finding of facts are in error on multiple fronts. The evidence is there and proving my disability. My case needs to be reevaluated by a judge that cares about people and not just going through the motions
Unfortunately, I was denied. I plan on reapplying or appealing. My hip and knee pain from CP and shifts in mood, due to bipolar 1, affects my functioning across the board.
