We need more judges like Judge O’Brien in this area of law. This judge has a proven record of knowing each level of disability as a whole and how it affects each case and individual . This judge has a professional respectful demeanor for all and bases her judgements on the facts and the law. You can tell this judge genuinely believes in the system working for those that actually qualify and are deserving of disability. Others should take a lesson at how to decipher true disability from those that aren’t and genuinely care about the outcome of those petitioning for disability.
