On Jan 20 2020, seen by Honorable Judge Denny with my lawyer.
Migraines from failing, exacerbated fron the loss of hearing from meningitis as a baby left me 85-90 % deaf in left ear. Vastibular damage to the brain.
    Silent migraines diagnosed.

I was denied disability being unable to defend my situation due to the fact left hunched over in my chair covering my ears. The lighting, & noise
( talking) from electronics of mics etc shut me down. Left me unable to speak for myself, unable to hear the rest of my hearing.
I am confused all the time.
Unfortunately, I did not turn in my daily journal to ssdi.
I do not follow thru due to mentioned migraines, etc. Do not leave my home. (light, noise sensitivity from head trauma from falling. Live in dark house.
Darkening film on window blind drawn to eliminate outside light.
Worked starting at 15 til 49 yrs old. I earned the right to my disability. Paying into SSI 34 years wprked.

2015 hearing was denied I was not severe enough.
Judge Denny denied my claim as not disabled at all.

No mercy shown or considered in my behalf.

    Ms. Jackson:
ALJ Denney has been appointed to the Magistrate Judge position formerly held by Magistrate Judge Cobb, who retired on January 4, 2022. He teaches at UNR, and his e-mail address is available through the UNR website. He will not reply to your messages, and because he has already written his Decision for your Claim, he has no further role to play in the matter anyway.
Have you communicated with the Appeals Council? You should have received a packet with instructions for filing an appeal shortly after you were notified of the ALJ’s Unfavorable Decision. I believe that the deadline for filing an Appeal is 90 days after the date of the ALJs Decision, but this can be extended. Research the term “medical determinability” as soon as possible, as you will need more documentation than you have already filed to prevail with the Appeals Council. The Appeals Council will almost certainly deny your Appeal, but once that process has been completed, you may then file a Reverse or Remand case in U.S. District Court. The filing fee is $400.00. This fee can be waived upon your demonstration of financial hardship. I would start by calling Legal Assistant Colie Brooks at 877-670-2722, Office of Appellate Operations, 5107 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, VA, 22041-3255. Do this now so the office is aware of your case.
If you file another SSA Title XVI Claim, this will affirm ALJ Denney’s original Decision, and you will have to start the process from the beginning again. Your Protected Filing Date will be vacated, and you will lose any chance of receiving benefits based upon your original Claim.
You should know that the Reno ODAR has the 4th most hostile posture toward SSA Title XVI Entitlement cases of all ODARs in the United States, and ALJ Denney’s record is the most hostile of all Reno ODAR Judges. You are not alone, and your complaint will eventually be heard if you persevere. If you find that you have an option to move your case out of Reno, do so. There is little point in presenting any SSA Title XVI Entitlement Claim to another right wing military judge.
A class action complaint which names Administrative Law Judge/Magistrate Judge Denney, the Reno ODAR, and others will be filed in the near future. We hope to begin in 2023. If you wish to receive information regarding this action, you may contact me at NSCILRE, 1580 Grand Point Way, P.O. Box #33391, Reno, NV, 89533.

I would love to have an email address for Judge Craig Denney or an address where he will actually receive, read and respond to me. I hope he gets these comments. I can’t afford thanksgiving dinner this year. We went from a 3 bedroom 2 bath house with two cars, a truck and two motorcycles to a one bedroom one bath mobile home and one very old car to share. Happily gave our all and worked all of our lives. Now I have pins and rods in my back that did not help me to walk far or stand more than a few minutes or ease the pain. I have a metal plate and screws in my neck that did keep me out of the wheelchair but I have no idea for how long. After contributing for over forty years of my life, I was refused disability benefits based on a date! Why? Because I had to keep trying to work through the pain so we didn’t become homeless. Medications for pain, heart arithmia, colitis blood pressure fibromyalgia and others consist of 15 prescriptions each month and 5 supplements. I have yet to understand how somebody can go before the judge with a sore shoulder or complaining of mental instability and be granted disability while someone like me gets the shaft and will soon be caring for my husband as well as trying to keep myself alive. If your not afraid, call my nevada phone number and leave a message at 775-220-2481. We currently live in Brookings Oregon in a small mobile home park. Please feel free to check our bank account and see how there isn’t enough money for a gallon of milk and a loaf of bread at the end of the month! I just don’t know what to say or do anymore!

In 2016 udge Craig Denny denied my disability benefits after a horrible representation by a Las Vegas law firm that I met just minutes before going into the courtroom. I worked hard all of my life and when I was hit with these unforgivable bone diseases and had neck surgery and back surgery and four knee surgeries, my body started to tail spin. I was diagnosed with stenosis, Osteo arthritis, heart arithmetic, Hypertention , fibromyalgia and could barely sit or stand. I had been working since the age of 12 years old. I taught my children to work hard and be productive and yet when I finally needed the help and couldn’t work anymore, I was denied. I’ve been devastated and barely making it in this life now with no income and living with just my husband’s social security. The medical bills and premiums are outrages. I appealed to Judge Denney and was told to go through the appeals process and when I did I was told that Judge Craig Denney was the only one with the power to venture the decision. No heart, no help. This is what I get for being a hard working good citizen all of my life. The chance to barely survive with worry and sleepless nights. Do you want to do the right thing Judge Craig Denney? Contact me and make things right.
