I would say she is horrible. She ignored my medical files which was 5+ years worth she ignored my physical medical files completely and only focused on my mental abilities. Asked me how I was losing weight when my stomach is literally paralyzed I throw up all the time I mainly consume liquids to mashed potato consistency food and even then sometimes I get sick. She listened to nothing I said or my lawyer she had her mind made up before she saw me. I mean even my lawyer said she for the most part denies everyone. I have both physical and mental disabilities and she could care less. Everyone of my Drs were behind me as well saying there is no way you don’t qualify when people who barely have any issues gets approved. She only cares about what her numbers look like versus someone’s actual medical issues and what is in the best for the person she is judging over.

First and foremost, let me please apologize as I was listening to the horror story of my dear friend yesterday and failed to take the time to do the proper research in order to write a proper and scathing response that Judge Weaver has earned. Let me also preface this that in the federal tax bracket, I file as Single Head of Household, meaning I am in the highest tax bracket in the nation and pay more than billionaires or corporate America. Let me also remind Judge Weaver that she is a CIVIL SERVANT and is supposed to work for the people.

The repeated reviews here stating that she dismisses medical records, affirming that SSA fails to obtain records properly (which is their own fault and responsibility), and her general poor treatment of people gives full credibility to my friend’s statements. And, as someone who is accredited for legal studies but has not taken the Bar, let me also state that Judge Weaver’s shameful attitudes toward disabled people make her uniquely unqualified for her position, and I say this with as much sincerity as can be expressed through a keyboard; Judge Weaver needs to be recused from her case load and her license/position revoked.

    1. Judge Weaver makes $183,300 annually. She cannot, by the sheer fact that she receives an overly inflated and disgusting pay grade off of MY taxes, remotely comprehend the struggles a disabled person has in obtaining a job—let alone the simple fact all jobs have attendance policy requirements.

    2. Judge Weaver has shown gross negligence in her office obtaining aforementioned medical records, which SSA is legally responsible to do. The patient/claimant is only responsible for facilitating the transfer of documents with legal permissions.

    3. Judge Weaver appears to have no medical training whatsoever. I see no mention of coursework academically in even biology or anatomy and philology—two basic classes for anything remotely medical related, including forensics. This means she is not qualified to accept or dismiss medical documentation and has no ability to impart knowledge or accuracy regarding any medical condition she herself is not afflicted with.

    4. Judge Weaver has a case approval rating of 12%, which is insane because this is in comparison to other cases of disability heard by other SSA judges. This proves that Judge Waver is grossly incompetent and cannot/will not do the duty in which the taxpayers PAY her for. This is in addition to Alabama’s already ridiculously low case approval rating of just 32.3%, compared to the national average of 41.7%. As a taxpayer, I demand to know what is going on. (And I will be contacting both the SSA, OAH and civil rights advocacy groups to find out.)

Her conduct is receiving the same critique by multiple claimants across the internet. Social Security needs to immediately suspend her pending a full investigation into her conduct as a judge and cross-review her cases for accuracy and fairness in ruling. It would seem she rules with bias, and that is not what the American legal system is supposed to be about.

This is also not a request. If she refuses to do her job, Judge Weaver needs to find different employment.
