This ALJ has a 2% approval rate for Fiscal Year 2015. Draw your own conclusions.

He is slow to issue opinions and slow to schedule your hearings. He adds another 12 months to your case if assigned.

He was extremely professional and had read the file. He was quick to hone in on areas of exaggeration or problematic testimony. He could combat overstatement by relying on evidence in the record and he required evidence for all broad statements or conjecture. Firm, but fair.

i feel no judge should ever make an impartial decesion since his title does not come under the medical field and no judge can look at a person and tell them how they do or dont feel

What a bunch of whiners & losers. I have known this judge for years. If you are disabled, he pays the case. Those of you who are trying to cheat the system, you deserve what you get. It’s people like you who clog up the system so those who are truly disabled have to wait. And yes, he does review the files before he has hearings. You claimants’ reps are not only lazy, you’re clueless. Why not try doing your job right for a change, instead of pissing and moaning about a judge who disagrees with you becuase he realizes your claimant is faking.

Which Judge Glendening will show up on any given day? I’ve seen days where he approves all 5 cases without a second thought. Other days, he denies them all. It does not seem to be about merit.

Dale is leading the pack on the worst approval rate, which is pretty amazing considering that Fishman is in Atlanta now. Of course, the odds of seeing him for a hearing is slim, since he has only heard 31 cases since October 1 at the beginning of the fiscal calendar. It makes one wonder – how does this ALJ justify his princely salary?

I agree with the other post here. I went before him without a lawyer and he pretty much said he didn’t want to hear from me and for me to go get a lawyer.
I checked his record and he has only fully approved 15 cases while denying 35.
You better have a lawyer and a good case if you go before him.

A self-absorbed little pissant. Bully. Arbitrary. Mercurial.

It seems pretty safe to say he hasn’t got a clue what a claim is about, hasn’t really examined a file prior to the hearing, and isn’t capable of grasping the issues of a claimant during the hearing either. Other than that, this is a great judge.
