I am so grateful to have had Judge Piloseno review and approve my disability case. As mentioned above, he did not judge me but looked closely at the factors given in my evidence and ruled in my favor. My right hand is the dominate hand I use an it has become so weak along with other physical ailments I am currently dealing with. Thank you Judge for giving me life back as I continue to manage my pain an disability!
He was very dismissive, did not listen, assumed facts about the case that simply were not true, he ignored evidence and due process, and is an embarrassment as a judge
Very carning man, grateful he gave me a life again!!!
I can’t express enough how grateful I am to judge piloseno.Very compassionate, kind, and understanding. He actually listened to me and what I had been through.Forever grateful!
after approving my case i was so grateful.my life has been full of misfortune and dispair along with some not so good choices due to the hand iv been delt. but i really needed help.he didnt judge me only seen me for someone in need of help.il be forever grateful.
Very nice and listened to my husband. Judge Piloseno had decided before we even started due to my husband’s medical records but heard testimony anyway. He understood the urgency of my husband’s need for Medicare as well. God Bless you Judge Piloseno.
Very Compassionate. Trustworthy. I will be forever grateful for his compassion to veterans causes. Eases the suffering of veterans.
