Be very leery of this judge due to the after 20 years I am still waiting for a fully favorable decision my medical records War pulled out of three social security disability hearings and I was deprived Fair access to the hearing and November the 19th 2019 and deprive Fair access to the court at my SSA hearing before the alj judge Cornelius this is the third time the facts of my case were tampered with and for unfair Social Security Disability hearings before their alj judge now my claim is at the Appeals Council again. this judge and two others alj’s violated not only my constant constitutional rights a equal protection Fair access to the court and a fair hearing as I was deprived the access code 10 minutes prior to my hearing and in the onset of my hearing these violations of law are found under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and 1974 Title 18 USC section 241 and 242 deprivement of rights under the color of Law and conspiracy with intent to commit crimes it is also found up under title 42 USC section 1983 sustaining a cause of action to disbar a judge this is what I have been subjected to hopefully you will not have the same issues to deal with I have also get a verbal complaint with the inspector General’s office and file for an internal investigation against these unfair practices in the Social Security Administration against disabled people. people do your homework on these situations as your sea attorneys will not ! I myself am now Visually Impaired and have to use a speech-to-text app to communicate this publicly now apeal. S.S.D.I. now sits awaiting a decision at the appeals council in VA.

I have a lot of Lupus Flare ups, the chronic pain and fybromaliga and it bad on me, I have to stay in bed for 2 weeks to rest. I can hardly see out of my right eye, I have inflammation in it also it was just discovered that I now have inflammation on my brain. After my right foot is well, I then have to have surgery on my shoulder. My pain clinic has lined up steroid injections and nerve blocks. It’s hard for me I’m not married, I have one son who will be graduating this December from UAB for Criminal Justice and Psycology. I had to move in with my friend because the doctors thought it was good because I would faint and have chest pains. Iam depressed at times and stressed because at times I don’t always have money to buy my medicine. I’m not sure why this case was sent to you all, i mean I don’t understand but I need help please. My paper work should be up there to confirm everything I just said. Please have a good day.

Hi all I’m in the process of doing an appeal and need a little information who is a good lawyer? How long did it take to receive a hearing date? How long does it take to receive your approval or denial? How long did it take to start receiving payments?

Tends to pick up on strange little details, then weave them into something to use against the claimant. Seems tough on younger claimants.
