This applies to all of the judges but A Tyrant will always find a pretext for his Tyranny.
I just had my hearing before the judge this week. He was compassionate and kind in my case.He seemed truly willing to hear my side.I await my decision but know I have gotten a fair hearing no matter what the decision is.This judge does not talk down to you but talks to you.I believe he knows when a person is not being honest.People need to realize honesty is the best policy.
He had his mind made up before I limped in the door based off of my age. The denial was incomplete and he contradicted himself 6 times. Think it is time for him to retire.

I can’t really give him any stars yet, but I am concerned about Judge Buell. My wife has evidence and proof of unable to do any type of sedentary work, my lawyer asked for a On the Record review and he is stating that a hearing is required. I don’t know why the system is setup to play the people that are disabled and everyone that really isn’t disabled can get it with a flip of a switch. My wife isn’t working and yet have to wait 15 months for a hearing. It’s stuff like this that I really don’t believe in our government.
This judge appeared to have his mind made up before the hearing. He said I was lying and making my symptoms seem worse than they really are. He said I have an account on LinkedIn which makes me look quite good (who tries to make themselves look bad there?) He also found an account on Eharmony and said people with depression don’t want to date. He clearly has NO Knowledge of mental illness.
the Honorable Judge David Buell of the Social Security Addministratuon is one of the most passionate judges i have had the pleasure of sharing ny hardship with and i prayer that as hard as it is to believe he must uphold his duty and grant ssi to everyone equally which means there must be proof to support a disability that are used to base qualifications on these I’m sure were set long befor he became the. Honorable judge David buek
He is a harsh judge and it seems as though he has made up his mind about a case prior to hearing.
Fairly negative ALJ as reflected in his decisions. I agree that both extremes aren’t good but the WV ALJ didn’t start this controversy. SSA knows exactly what it is doing and is no hurry to investigate the ALJ’s who pay 20-30 percent of their claims or less.
Would the statics be more reflective of the real world if this particular judge and judge Morris’ decisions were removed from the data matrix? I firmly know that individuals such as this DO SCEW THE DATA, but we as citizens can’t get rid of them any more than we can get rid of the WV Judge which started this controversy in the first place. What I do know is that both extremes are hurtful to the SSA objectives.
