I don’t under stand why he deny me my lawyer told me who was or might do it bad judge
Judge started polite and then became triggered.
When asked about abuse of substances, I started to explain my occasional use and the two times I felt I used them as a coping mechanism for my serious mental health. He interrupted and snapped at me and told me I was a liar. This threw me into a panic attack and I was unable to answer further questions. It had a lasting impact on my mental health and caused self harm. His denial letter was 18 pages long where he took it upon himself to be a medical doctor rather than a judge, diagnosing me with a substance abuse disorder and refuting that I had any mental disorder at all. This caused further issues with my mental state and was a direct cause of more self harm. I have not used any substances, not even a drink with friends at dinner, because he made me feel so much self hate and shame. I’ve appealed but I’m so rattled I’m not sure I can face another judge. So I go on suffering with this severe mental illness and no income.
I am thankful for the opportunity to plead my case in front of this Judge. He was kind and considerate, asking all the relevant questions. Whatever he decides, I truly am grateful. Yes or no…Praise the Lord!
See prior reviews. Nothing has changed but worse.
This Judge makes the ODAR judicial system look like the most corrupt system in the United States! He’s arrogant, rude, and has been allowed to treat people like crap for way to long! How dare he tell my sister that because of her nursing degree it enabled her to convince doctors to write what she needed to support her disability! She’s on oxygen 24/7, can barely walk, has had numerous neck and back surgeries among other ailments. This man should be removed from his position! I really do not understand how this guy continues to be allowed to up hold laws, and statues, then rule on them when clearly he’s not following the code of ethics for which he took his oath on?
