I went before this Judge and he was very understanding. He listened like he really cared. Sadly, from what I understand, he has retired and all his cases have been passed along to other Judges and all his decisions were void and claimants have to for another hearing and start all over again. I waited 2 years for a hearing, and a decision was made after my hearing with Judge Determan and now that decision is no good, so I have to start all over again. I don’t think this is in fair in the least bit!!
I agree with Brian.
Without a doubt one of the best and compassionate Judge’s on the bench. He understands claimants and hopefully SSA will get the message and hire more Judges like him.
