Have had several hearings with Judge Rose. She typically will ask for an opening statement, then she will question the claimant regarding past work experience and then will turn it over to the rep to cover the medical/impairment issues. Rarely asks any follow up questions, and then goes to VE. She likes to keep her hearings in the 30-40 min range.
I like Judge Rose as she is nice to the claimant, but she has a bad habit of completely ignoring any Remand Order findings. She often seems to be unable to grasp a complex case and instead just denies it and hopes the AC or Feds will fix it for her, which they rarely ever will.At least she does approve more than she denies, which is excellent considering some of the other ALJ’s in Tulsa.
