Seems to me she just wants to keep her numbers even. Since your uneducated decision I’ve been homeless and hungry and unable to hold a job because of my lupus. I had a kidney transplant which theres no doubt about it will fail since I cant get my medications or labs done to monitor my function. I hope you get sick and suffer.
I feel so sorry for anyone who gets this judge. She denied me benefits in January of 2016. Her letter was full of things I never stated and a lot of lies. But I didn’t give up. I went to Allsup advocacy group and guess what, they filed a new intiial claim and I just received my reward today! They listen to you and help you and I got through directly with the disability claim examiner reviewing my case and no more BS hearings. In my opinion these judges get a bonus check at the end of the year for every case they deny. Stay away from the judges and go through the Advocacy group for ease and without frustration. If you have been denied 4 times or more like I was, they will get you approved. Thanks Judge Mande for wasting my time!
Judge Deborah Mande listened very carefully to my case, She made me feel very comfortable in a stressful situation, and I believe, followed the law. I did prevail, so am a little biased, but she was fair, observant and professional.
I feel bad for anyone who gets deborah mande for a ssi case. She’s heartless and could care less about you or your disability!
