Richmond is becoming a negative place for Claimant’s to obtain disability. I believe ALJ Dawson was trained by ALJ Swank. I think she is a terrible judge as well; however, not as bad as ALJ Swank but I’m sure she will take comfort in the fact that she is on her way.I would give her a zero out of ten.
Don’t be fooled by this ALJ coming across as pleasant during the hearing. She doesn’t appear prepared during the hearing and cherry picks the evidence to find any minor inconsistencies. Another ALJ who makes a habit of dismissing the treating source opinion even when supported by the evidence but has no problems accepting check off boxes from state agency medical consultants.
