ALJ Kats is a corrupt judge. He tells me good luck before leaving the courtroom and then holds out til the very end of the days when he is forced to send his decision. It went to Federal court where his decision was vacated and he was reprimanded. He had his good ole voc rehab & Dr. Cunningham (state doctor) falsify there evaluations to contradict records from other doctors. Now forcing me to go through it once again with his good ole ******** people willing to scratch each others backs to place me and my life in harm’s way. He is a judge who will happily comply with those willing to do exchange favors in order too created chaos in the life of those whom are on the blacklist of the good ole boys list. Thank god for the paper trail to prove their malicious intentions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ALJ Walker is all business and very compassionate. She runs an efficient hearing and has little patience for irrelevance. She will readily rely upon medical experts at hearing, and does not rely much on claimant testimony. She requires pre-hearing memorandum identifying what evidence and arguments the claimant is relying upon. She is a good draw and an asset to the Administration.
She is very rude and discriminated me because of my age race and the fact that I have 5 children. She began asking questions that had nothing to do with my claim and totally crossed the line. I am going to filing an official complaint. She didn’t want to hear anything that was favorable to my case and kept looking at me as if I was foreign.
