How interesting that Judge S should opine about non-attorneys representing disability clients. What about Judge S pretending to be a judge, when in fact, he is not? Yet, he demands that title be used. What about Judge S pretending to be a medical expert, when he is not even close? He says the people who deny claims at the initial and reconsideration levels are highly trained professionals, and should not be overturned. Then why have judges in the first place? This fat little fattie should stick to what he knows – chinese buffets and Krispy Kreme.
Drew Swank ruined my life. He is no judge at all, at least not a fair one. I pity him the day he has to stand before God and be judged himself. This man thinks I should work while having severe, near daily migraines and while taking nearly daily pain medication that I can’t even legally drive while taking. The fact is, I can’t work and no one will hire me or keep me in their employ in my condition, yet he has made me inelligeable for Social Security. He’s a real piece of work and I hope the hammer falls on him one day. I do know that what goes around, comes around and paybacks are nasty when God gets vengence.
