Judge Banas has ruined me. In refusing my claim he has condemned me to a life of poverty. I will more than likely be on the street within months thanks to his complete inability to understand that I will never be able to hold a job with my disabilities. What am I supposed to do now? Beg in the streets? Depend on family to support me for the rest of my life?
If this man could live one day in my shoes I am positive he would be begging for mercy. I doubt that Judge Banas even took any of my testimony about my disabilities into account. A complete disappointment.
Respectful to claimants and counsel. There should ne more like him at ODAR Dover.
