Judge Brady was very kind, compassionate, and he actually listen to everything I had to say!! He gave me a favorable decision.
He is a very fair Judge too. I couldn’t ask for a better judge.
Thank you very much!!
a 40 percent approval rate . best on going to vegas and playing red or black..i paid into social security for 40 years . my jobs was hard labor slaves jobs at 19 days on 1 day off mandatory. Its in the record i i missed years of my life . now i need help , the vocational rep said get a job like before . vocational rep never did what i had to do to live and survive ,from butt kissing/ bowing down to college kids that could not tie their shoes . putting a bottle in thier mouths to make production. putting up with temporary workers who would sell you out in a minute [a college course is taught n this] or putting up with bosses that are drunks . welcome to pennsylvania right to work state or does it mean a right to a slave state.
Judge Brady listened to me and made me feel better about my case. But then denied my ssdi. I was a RN. I was assigned light to sedentary duty. I waited so long. I have bad anxiety , debilitating pain and because I worked through the pain for years , and have an education I was denied. I worked 40 years serving others. I am unable to maintain a full time job. The pain in my neck, shoulders and the radicular pain in my arms is horrible. I dont want a handout. But am bawling because I am disabled.and cannot even do a regular sedentary job.I didn’t go to docs because I was working. Then lost my health insurance. I have severe anxiety, cataracts and glaucoma. Really wish he could have met me. I put up a strong front. I don’t like feeling helpless. And keep trying to prove to myself I am strong. Now curled up on a couch crying. I cannot do a real job any more. I had an education. They held that against me. So why try to keep on going?
I will lose everything I once had. I will not give up my dignity. I fel the ruling was so unfair because I was trying so hard for so long.
Very nice judge made me feel comfortable at the hearing
very respectful. listens to every thing. Even though i have been waiting 4 months and no decision yet on my case. I can say he is a great Judge. Thank you for being there for all of us that need your help.
agree with all the comments here. Is civil, patient, respectful, and fair. Is non-adversarial which is the way the hearing is supposed to be.
very nice and reasonable judge, made me feel comfortable and listened to, very considerate and he actually listened to what i had to say & gave me a Fully Favorable Decision, i couldn’t be more pleased with how he handled the court room and how he read and understood my records. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice he was. Thank You Judge Brady
