This dude knows nothing about autism he thought stimming ment bed wetting how can he judge things when he knows nothing about it.You Sir .need to go back to school .We had won our case after you so that says you judged my disabled CHILD wrong shame on you .And you also tried to make it out like I was not telling the truth .How dare you.I want to sue you that all the cases you have had with CHILDREN with AUTISM need to be looked at again.Because you know nothing about it.I also want you to have to spend 80 hours in therapies that we have to go to.So you can hear the parents and what we deal with .I also want you to have to go back to school to learn all about this epidemic .And get a certification for it or get off the bench .You Sir, are a boil on the butt of humanity.And should be ashamed of yourself.

Judge Edward T. Morriss is a really Nasty human being which I believe is Racist! I was diagnosed with Brain Cancer and I had to stop working all together. I was appointed to this judge and I was denied consistently with me having a great lawyer and with all of my doctors showing paperwork and medical records. He doesn’t care if you are prone to seizures headaches brain cancer or any type of cancer depression anxiety memory loss vertigo etc, This man does not care! It’s like he bases all of his decisions on appearance and without a Vocational Expert! I have been dealing with disability over 5yrs now and I am currently at Federal Hearing and he still denied my case once again! I am to the point where I just wanna give up on everything even life because I cannot survive anymore! He really doesn’t even care about the paperwork or anything if you’re Caucasian you would have a better shot at your hearing. This is so sad that this judge is making decisions based on looks and not facts..This is just Sad. If anyone can help me find the correct person to file a complaint I would.
How does a Federal Judge rule in favor for someone to obtain thier SSDI? Been before Morris 2X; he refused to take his own VE testimony, along with some 50+ exhibits. I have been to Federal Court 2X and Appeals in Falls Church VA. 4X. All ruling in my favor. Been before Two different ALJ at ODAR Charleston SC. I am awaiting ruling from another ALJ currently. It’s going on 3 years since I had a favorable ruling overturning ALJ Morris latest ruling.

He’s terrible!! My hearing lasted 12 minutes. He asked me 3 questions and there was No Vocational Expert.
I just got a denial letter.
This is insane!
MY CHILD IS STILL AUTISTIC MR.MORRISS AND STILL GOING TO THERAPIES JUST THOUGHT I WOULD LET YOU KNOW .WE HAVE HAD TO STOP SOME OF HIS THERAPIES .BECAUSE WE COULD NOT AFFORD TO KEEP DOING THEM .THANKS TO YOU AND YOU NOT UNDERSTANDING AUTISM AT ALL.HAVE A GREAT DAY SIR.
I think all Judges after my experience with this one should have to be educated on AUTISM TERMINOLOGY how can someone judge something they know nothing about .Even though I tried to help him. VOCAL TICS OR VOCAL STIMMS ARE NOT THE SAME THING AS BED WETTING.Ha Ha Ha .And how can a child be pre school age in the year 2015 But as written this same child be in kindergarten in 2014 being evaluated by the school. I don’t know does not add up to me. And how did this child only go to 9 therapies when for two years we have been going to 4 therapies a week with 6 therapies in total all of them once a week for two years .This as well does not add up. Does it ?And no mention or did you notice the physical impairment of this poor child .You did not see that he had leg braces on .Shame Shame Shame. Well I will say one thing because of this experience with this judge I will not stop till all disability judges have to take a course and be certified that they pass that course to be able to judge AUTISM. I am not just my sons mother but I am also my sons advocate surprise ! Help is on the way AUTISM COMMUNITY . I will not stop we all have enough on us .We want help and we want answers.
I am 100% disable permanent and total through the VA with serve PTSD and Depression among other things. In the hearing he asked me if I ever seen a bomb/mortar exploded which I answered the question with a No because if I have seen one explode I won’t be here today. I served 2 tours in Iraq and Afghanistan and He denied me because he said that I haven’t seen any kind life altering trauma. Also my doctor wrote a letter whom I have been seeing for 2 going on 3 years stating my mental condition. Again, that didn’t hold enough weight with him. He wrote that I don’t have PTSD and my Anxiety is the main issue. I guess he is a doctor as well.
This man is utterly clueless. He hasn’t got the faintest idea how to apply Social Security’s Rulings to the facts. For example, he found, without the aid of a VE, that a limitation to frequent handling and fingering has no impact on the light, unskilled job base. The Appeals Council will be busy dealing with these decisions.
