Judge Palacios was the coldest, rudest, most disorganized judge I have ever seen. Having a little compassion for the SICK isnt too much to ask!
I have been fighting for my benifits since 2008 i was in front of Judge Rivera three diffrent times and he denied me and then i came before Judge Palacios and to be very honest she was extreamly fair and finally after six years of fighting and appeals i finally got a judge who understands even though she did work for the appelte division she was still fair
This is an ALJ who worked for the appeals council and you can tell in her decisions which are fairly negative. She may make sure to ask for very specific evidence to justify her denial. Most claims she has no intention of paying. She will probably write better decisions than most ALJ’s since she is from the AC and is used to making up reasons to deny Claimant’s appeals. I think she is fairly negative.
