For All those whose lives you destroyed, including Me, Let it Come Back to you Times 3! So Mote It Be! Blessed Be to all who suffer!
I have suffered from Chronic Depression my entire life, I have Survived thru several major truamas, Loss of a Baby, Loss of a Grandbaby to name the Very Least, use your imagination, I was Beat for 10 years and mentally abused, I worked thru all that and now I have PTSD and Severe Panic Disorder while people who haven’t worked a day in their lives are getting this, I worked for 40+ years, I fought thru every trauma that was thrown at me, but the last Husband did me in, I’m 57 years old and “I’M TiRED”!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Plan on a coin flip with this one!
Discarded a medically documented basket full of evidence and replaced it with a decision that is flawed with fiction about the claimant.Thank God for the Appeals Council,as it reviews the decisions made by the lower level decision maker.
Inappropriately dismissed evidence and relied on inane conclusions to support a finding of “not disabled”, So Professional!!!
Unfortunately for the claimant, the alj can arranged and/or interperat data in several ways
Please see the following link to a decision that was overturned:

Again, this site does not calculate percentage of cases determined on the merits, which is the only meaningful number for assessing how a citizen’s fate may lie with a particular ALJ.
In this case, there 97+134= 231 determinations on the merits. Of those, only 97 were favorable (fully or partially? Astringent ALJ can be cheap even when approving a citizen’s claim.) So, 97/231= 42% approval rate, and 58% denial rate.
The numbers presented on this site start with SSA data, and then misrepresent the actual chances a citizen has in front of a particular ALJ. A simple spreadsheet with a formula embedded would provide the more useful numbers with almost no effort on the part of the site administrators.
By, an experienced advocate with decades of experience in front of scores of ALJs.
