I was injured by Salem Hospital in 2009, after they broke my colon and left me with a colocutaneous fistula that drained feces to the surface for over three years. It was fixed in 2012 by Beth Israel Hospital, but I’ve never been right physically since. I started applying to social security in 2009 immediately after because I was for the most part, bedridden for those three years and the following three years, so six in total.

I was repeatedly denied by social security and the reason always was “Our doctors determined you are not disabled”. I never once saw a social security doctor in the last 14 years, but that was the reason.

I was finally declared disabled by the state and by a functional capacity test, which along with EVERY LAST ONE of my doctors states that I am completely disabled and should not be working at all.

I had my final hearing with judge Bush months ago and was denied by her because I did not work enough during the years I had actual feces draining from my wound.

I know, you would think a monkey might come to that conclusion, but no it was Judge Ellen P Bush. A monkey could probably put two and two together much better than this horrible old woman.

I am about to lose my home once again. I survived for the twelve years after this injury on my own money and selling my home to buy something cheaper to survive a few years more.

Because I am trying my hardest to work as I can, I’ve made my foot so much worse. I lost all circulation in it from those six years in bed and am now talking to my doctors about amputation.

I hope you can sleep at night Judge Elen P Busy, you miserable old witch.

I now see why people snap and take things into their own hands. The justice system is broken and a joke, just like Ellen P Bush.

    ROT IN HELL

My son Kyle has been waiting almost a year and a half, he has a terrible seizure disorder resulting in hospitalizations generally ICU every 6 to 8 weeks, he spent one full month on the burn unit at Mass General as he had a seizure while taking a shower and the hot water burnt his entire right leg and forearm, resulting in three surgeries, I don’t understand this system as I am a visiting nurse and most of my patients are on disability for being bipolar or obese, some with COPD, but my son doesn’t qualify, he can not do simple tasks like bending over lifting anything over 5 lbs due to cranial pressure some system we have ,

Very disappointed in the system. I had a phone hearing and was told I’d receive a written decesion by Ellen Parker Bush within 30 to 45 days. It’s been over 4 months. I worked hard for many years and this is how I’m treated. I hope someone treats you the same way some day.
