Upon entering Judge Basse eased my tension by letting me know the process and what to expect. He was very thorough and professional. He allowed me to wear my headphones to dampen the noise from the court reporter typing and keep my sun glasses on during the hearing. I was really surprised when he got up and cut down the lighting to make me as comfortable as possible. It was a very pleasant experience.
Judge Basse did a Very Good Job from start to finish, he was kind and made it very clear that he was aware of my case .
I appreciate his fairness you don’t find them no better than Judge Basse. Thank You
He seemed to know my case. Let me correct errors in paper work. Since I had no counsel he let me provide evidence that day, and also getting updated medical records. He was very nice. Very good with listening and asking questions Wish his approval rate was higher. I’ve got a rare unpredictable eye disease. Fibromyalgia etc. No decision yet. Feb 20 hearing.
Simply review the below data of his history as an ALJ. Denier judge. Dislikes claimants. Should be disbarred.
Judge Eric S Basse had obviously read my entire file and was knowledgeable about all the medical evidence I had submitted. I found him to be kind and to the point in his questions. I have nothing negative to say about how he conducted himself or the hearing.
Was reading the file during hearing was hardly looking at the claimant so did not see her start to shake at times or her reactions. He should be better prepared for the hearing to be more attentive.
